Apple lists 8 Samsung products to be pulled from stores and banned from the U.S.
Apple’s legal victory from Samsung has been the talk of the town since late last week. The Cupertino-giant won 6 out of 7 patent infringement claims versus the Korean manufacturer. And with no further ado, early this week Apple filed an injunction to ban eight Samsung smartphones in the United States.
If you’ll remember, Apple earlier was granted an injunction banning the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet.
Now here’s the list of the eight Samsung smartphones to be banned in the U.S. if Apple will be granted with its injunction request.
- Samsung’s Galaxy S 4G
- Galaxy S2 (AT&T)
- Galaxy S2 Skyrocket
- Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile)
- Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
- Galaxy S Showcase
- Droid Charge
- Galaxy Prevail
Now basically we don’t know if Apple will opt to settle the infringements through licensing fees for each Samsung devices, but significantly this isn’t what we see if Apple is really eying to keep Android our of the market.
