Apple Goes Against Android with ‘Why iPhone’ Webpage

With the recent developments from Android and Samsung, most lately with the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S4, and with the company’s well-publicized stock prices and product diversity woes, Apple goes on the offensive against the competing platform with a webpage on screaming “There’s iPhone. And then there’s everything else.”

Apple builds on the offensive by saying, “”What makes an iPhone unlike anything else? Maybe it’s that it lets you do so many things. Or that it lets you do so many things so easily. Those are two reasons iPhone owners say they love their iPhone. But there are many others as well.”

The company then goes to remind readers about the many awards the iPhone has received throughout the years, the superior materials and design used on the device, the Retina Display technology, and the great battery life of the iPhone compared to other smartphones.

A similar albeit condensed version of the webpage were also sent to Apple customers worldwide via email. These happenings come after Apple Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Phil Schiller ranted against Android before Samsung’s announcement of the Galaxy S4. He was noted saying that “The [Android] experience isn’t as good as an iPhone” to the Wall Street Journal.
